3. Permits & Land Prep
As permits are processed, we immediately begin land preparation, including clearing and leveling the site. Additionally, we order all necessary materials to ensure construction can start without delays once permits are issued.
4. Construction Phase
The physical construction process begins, incorporating all inspections at critical stages to guarantee compliance and quality. This phase continues through to the issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
5. Final Walkthrough
A thorough inspection is conducted with clients or investors to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Once approved, the property is officially handed over.
6. Ready to Move In or List
